Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship within the United States only. A flat shipping rate of $80.00 applies to all orders, shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground.

Estimated delivery time: 1–5 business days depending on your location.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

 

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at assist@skirolltech.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
